So my long time friend, Majors has been in the works of a new mixape.. his first actually. He has already released it but since I got nothing but love and support for this dude AND because I decided to come back to this whole blogging about music thanggg here ya'll go. I would have listed notable tracks, but the tape in general is pretty gnar. Do not sleep on this guys! Not too shabby for a first.

So for the second part of the update.



Prior to leaving for the Philippines I was given such a great opportunity to go on tour with a band by the name of Brick. Now I've known a couple of these guys for a long time and even was in other musical projects with them since high school. Since then, they have grown to be ever better songwriters, musicians, and not to mention, the some of the best dudes I know. Shortly after that tour, they decided to call it quits but earlier this year marked the return of one of the hardest bands to ever come out of Baltimore.. and to quote from their page on last.fm "Brick is a hardcore band from Baltimore, Maryland. Featuring ex-members of Get Big, Surroundings, and Summer So Far. Currently, Brick only has a demo that was released in 2008. From bone crushing riffs to intelligent and true lyrics about life’s lessons this band is definitely both a force to be reckoned with and a band to keep an eye on." This definitely is the case, the world is lucky. Listen for yourself. Welcome back Brick.
